Contracted with JR Simplot in Grand Forks, ND, and marketed to restaurants for fries, potato oles and hash browns. We raise Burbank, Ranger, and Umatilla Russet varieties which are considered the best for restaurant purposes.
We use a mixture of seeds to allow our cattle to graze at various growth stages of the plant. This produces a higher quality meat and enriches the soil quality with the plant nutrients.
We produce a top quality field pea that is great for consumer foods.

Our corn is grown under pivot and used for commercial sales and for our own cattle feed. Production varies with the market.
We raise Red Angus NHTC cattle on cover crops under irrigation. Guaranteeing a constant supply of beef for our customers.
Our spring wheat has some of the highest protein in the state. The quality is great and we contract with local elevators who market to companies that produce breads, cereals, and other grain products. The straw from these pivots is baled and used in our livestock operation.
We raise quality feed and forages. If you are looking for any of these products, we usually have some available.
